BLACK BEAN AND HUMMUS DIP

Yields: 2 ½ cups


1 cup drained canned black beans

1 cup store bought original flavor hummus

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

1 cup roma tomatoes, seeded and small diced.

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp hot sauce or more if desired

pinch of salt and pepper


Using a food processor, puree the black beans. 


Transfer the beans into a large mixing bowl and fold the hummus and the rest of the ingredients. 


Refrigerate for an hour before serving with vegetables you wish.
