Grilled Sinigang Porkchop
Prep Time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 15 minutes
Yields: 10 servings
3 pounds bone in porkchops (1 1/2 inch thick)
1 package Mama sita's sinigang mix
1/4 cup olive oil
Cooking spray
Toss oil on pork chop slices.
Toss with sinigang mix powder. (Do not marinate)
Grill both sides right away until cooked.
Serve with favorite salad or vegetables.
