PANDESAL “Ensaymada” WITH CREAM CHEESE & CORN SPREAD


Prep time: about  10 minutes


Ingredients:

Pandesal

Butter for spreading on pan de sal

4 T. sugar or Splenda™

2 T. cinnamon

I 8 oz. brick low fat or fat free cream cheese, softened

1 12-0z. can whole kernel corn


Procedure:

SAFETY REMINDER:  Always ask a grown-up for help, especially with hot stuff!!!

1. Toast pandesal, uncut

2. Split hot pandesal open

3. Spread both sides with butter

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture on both sides

5. Spread cream cheese mixture in pandesal

6. Put sandwich together. Enjoy
