Paprika Chicken by Dave Pellikan
Ingredients:

(4 to 6 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
2 teaspoons olive oil or bacon drippings
1 cup chopped onion chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Cream or evaporated milk
1 bag Egg Noodles (Optional)
Directions:
Use a big pot, heat bacon drippings and brown chicken on all sides, seasoning chicken with salt and pepper. Remove chicken and set aside. Add onion to pot. Cook just until tender. Stir in paprika. Return chicken to pot, turning to coat with paprika/onion mixture. Add wine and broth. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and tender. Stir in ½ cup cream. Heat through. Serve chicken atop egg noodles or rice if desired, and pour sauce over all.
