SALMON WITH KALAMANSI

INGREDIENTS (estimates)


1 salmon fillet


Marinated in:

7 up or sprite


soy sauce


kalamansi (frozen)


teriyaki sauce


sesame oil


cut up onion


organic seasoning


salt and pepper


1 large Spanish or vidalia onion, sliced for topping



PROCEDURE:

Marinate fish for an hour or overnight.


Preheat oven at 425 F.


Bake fish for 20-25 minutes.


While it’s baking, slice the onion for topping.


Remove the fish when it’s close to done and put the onion slices on top.

Return to the oven for another 5 minutes and it’ll be ready to serve.
