Sesame Noodles and Chicken Salad

Serves:            4


¼ package of linguini noodles (16 oz)

2 Cups of cooked chicken, shredded

¼ teaspoon sesame oil

½ cup chili sauce

¼ cup plum sauce

2 teaspoon olive oil

½ teaspoon ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoon cilantro, chopped

¼ cup red pepper, finely diced

4 scallions, finely diced

¼ teaspoon black sesame seed

¼ teaspoon white sesame seed

2 teaspoon olive oil


Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside. 

In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, chili sauce, plum sauce and olive oil. 

In another bowl, combine ginger, garlic, cilantro, red pepper, and scallions. 

Combine everything in a large mixing bowl – toss with black and white sesame seeds.

Serve hot or cold.
