Stuffed Mushrooms

Cooking time: 22 minutes
Serves: 10 mushrooms caps
10 large white mushrooms
½ cup walnuts
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pre heat oven to bake at 375 F
Separate the caps from the stems of mushrooms. Set the caps on the side. Place all stems, walnuts, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth. In a medium saute pan, heat the oil for a minute over medium to high heat. Add mushroom and cheese mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to brown a little. Remove from pan and fill each mushroom cap with the mixture. Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are slightly brown. Cool down for 2 minutes before serving.
