TOFU

INGREDIENTS: (estimates)
¼ cup olive oil
1 bulb of garlic, minced?
1 large or 2 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp achuete or annato powder
half a cup vegetarian stir fry sauce
¼ to ½ cup vegetable broth seasoning
dash of organic seasoning (no salt)
2 cups sprite or 7-up
2 tbsp white sugar (or sweetener?)
juice of half a lime
3 packages 8-ounce tofu, cut in bite size pieces
2 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
sesame oil
cayenne pepper
PROCEDURE:
Saute garlic and onion over medium heat in ¼ cup olive oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time, stirring occasionally to combine.
Once you’ve added tofu, let it simmer for a few minutes before adding the red bell pepper and a little sesame oil.
Serve with brown rice.
