WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RUM SAUCE
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Yields: 2 cups
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sweet butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1 cup white chocolate morsels
2 tbsp rum (Bacardi)
Heat the cream for about 3 minutes. Add butter, sugar and melt. Remove from stove then add chocolate and stir to melt. Add rum and continue to stir until well incorporated. Cool down to room temperature.
